| Mr. Bennett's practice includes representing individuals and companies in government investigations, conducting internal corporate investigations, and representing individuals and entities involved in professional liability, securities, and other complex civil litigation. While he has appeared in courts in several jurisdictions across the country, Mr. Bennett's practice is principally focused on cases arising in the state and federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Bennett was a Lieutenant in the United States Navy (1986-1993), serving as a Naval Flight Officer in Carrier Air Wing Five in Atsugi, Japan (1988-1991), and a Staff Officer with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, stationed in Casteau, Belgium (1991-1993).
