| Eva Esber is an experienced trial lawyer in both general civil litigation and white-collar criminal defense. Ms. Esber's civil litigation experience includes banking fraud litigation, employment disputes, trust and estates litigation, fiduciary obligation litigation, unfair competition claims, medical malpractice defense, and commercial litigation. Recently, Ms. Esber also successfully handled a multi-million dollar plaintiff's case for recovery of sums lost through elder-fraud, which involved dual proceedings in both AAA arbitration and trial in a United States District Court. She is also experienced in conducting corporate internal investigations of alleged sexual harassment and discrimination. Ms. Esber's criminal litigation experience includes representation of individuals and corporations in investigations and prosecutions concerning alleged government contract fraud, and other federal offenses. Ms. Esber currently serves as the partner overseeing the firm's Associate Management function. She also served as a member of the firm's Executive Committee for 2004-2005.
