George Borden has broad experience in a wide range of civil, criminal, and appellate litigation. In recent years Mr. Borden has focused on: securities-related and other complex corporate and business litigation; intellectual property litigation, including copyright litigation in the software industry and patent litigation in the pharmaceutical and computer industries; and class action litigation, most notably including defense of consumer class actions.
