Kevin Hardy handles a wide variety of litigation matters, with a particular emphasis on intellectual property, antitrust, and media-related litigation.  In recent years, a substantial portion of Mr. Hardy’s practice has involved representing both patentees and alleged infringers in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and computer industries in high stakes patent litigation.  Mr. Hardy also has represented clients in a variety of civil and criminal antitrust matters, and has represented newspapers, magazines, and television networks in a wide range of media and First Amendment matters, ranging from libel cases to responding to subpoenas served on journalists. 

Prior to joining Williams & Connolly LLP, Mr. Hardy served as a law clerk to the Honorable Walter K. Stapleton, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
