| Kevin Hodges' practice is principally concentrated in three areas: Federal Programs and National Defense, Professional Liability, and General Civil Litigation. Mr. Hodges has extensive experience in representing corporations and individuals in litigation involving federal and state contracts and programs. His practice includes criminal and civil investigations and litigation, False Claims Act and qui tam actions, internal investigations, and contract disputes and protests. He has represented contractors before numerous federal agencies, as well as financial institutions and other clients involved in federal programs. Mr. Hodges has also represented a number of nationally known law firms and attorneys in professional malpractice and disciplinary matters. His general civil practice consists of a broad range of complex litigation, in which he has handled major commercial and business tort disputes for both individuals and corporate clients. Mr. Hodges joined Williams & Connolly LLP in 1991, and has been a partner since 1999.
