As a partner, Mr. Bachman represents clients in a broad range of complex civil litigation and white-collar criminal defense matters.

Identified as one of "Washington's Top Lawyers" by Washingtonian magazine (December 2004), Mr. Bachman's civil litigation practice has included the representation of corporations, both as plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of matters, including antitrust, tort liability, and partnership dissolution cases. A principal focus of Mr. Bachman's criminal practice involves the representation of individuals and companies under investigation for environmental crimes.
