Williams & Connolly Partner David Kendall Appointed by Governor to Maryland Commission on Capital Punishment

Maryland Governor Martin O'Malley announced the appointment of Williams & Connolly LLP partner David Kendall to a 23-member commission tasked with studying all aspects of capital punishment as currently and historically administered in the state. The commission is expected to issue a report and make recommendations on capital punishment before the end of this year.
